Overview
At YARZ, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Return Eligibility
You may return a product within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
- You received the wrong product or size
- The product does not match the description on our website
- The product is in its original, unused condition with all tags attached
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Products without original tags and packaging
- Products purchased on clearance or marked as "Final Sale"
- Undergarments and innerwear (for hygiene reasons)
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact us via WhatsApp (+880 1601 743670) or email (yarzzzbd@gmail.com) within 7 days of receiving your order
- Step 2: Provide your Order ID and reason for return
- Step 3: Send clear photos of the product showing the issue (if applicable)
- Step 4: We will review your request and respond within 24 hours
- Step 5: Once approved, ship the product back to us or we will arrange a pickup
Exchange
We offer exchanges for size or color. The exchange process follows the same steps as returns. If the desired size or color is available, we will ship the replacement at no additional cost. If the replacement product has a different price, the difference will be adjusted accordingly.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) or as store credit
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be sent via bKash/Nagad to your registered number
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including delivery charges.
